Witches Walk

Witches Walk, Photography by: Ellis Anderson Each year, near Halloween, The Merchants of Old Town Bay St Louis invites witches of all ages to join in a day of fun.  Compete in costume contests,  shop specials in each boutique,  and dine at your favorite Old Town BSL eatery while raising funds for local charities. Charities such as the Hancock Food Pantry and the Bay Ratz Marching Battery are a few witch favorites.

You can’t beat the view of the sunrise from the Bay!

Cruisin’ The Coast

Every year, during the first week of October,  thousands of antique cars, hot rods, classic cars, and their owners hit the streets of every Coastal city along the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. The weather is perfect for a festival season!

Official Pace Car for Cruisin’ The Coast 2019

Cruisin’ The Coast is the largest annual event on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. This week long festival always takes place during the first week of October stretching throughout all the coastal cities and many of the local casinos. Expect scheduled cruise-ins, headline bands, oldies entertainment, car shows, swap meets, the CTC/Vicari Auto Auction, and more.

BSL Depot District

Festivals at the Alice Moseley Folk Art & Antique Museum celebrate local artists throughout the year.

Frida Fest

Second Saturday in July marks the Old Town BSL Annual Festival celebrating everything Frida Kahlo. Frida Kahlo was a Mexican painter known for her many portraits, self-portraits, and works inspired by the nature and artifacts of Mexico. Have fun shopping and enjoying the day in Old Town BSL Shopping District dressed as Frida Kahlo along with hundreds of others or take it serious to compete in the Annual Frida Kahlo Costume Contest.

It is a Bay Town Inn tradition of “good luck” to kiss our mascot, Senor Frog, on your wedding day.

Relax by the pool…for sunset and breakfast, to put your feet in the pool after shopping, or an evening glass of wine during sunset.
