Checking In/Out

What time is check in?

In-coming guests can park their cars as early as noon. We are complying with all CDC guidelines to sanitize our rooms, so cleaning takes longer. Check in is at 3pm or if available earlier, we will call you.

What time is check out?

Our check-out is at 11:00 am.

Policies

What is your pet policy?

We welcome small dogs (under 25 pounds) in our five first-floor suites. To ensure your room is pup-friendly, please call ahead. There is a one-time non-refundable $50 charge.

Does Bay Town Inn host children?

Because of our insurance, and the pool, we welcome children 15 years or over as guests or visitors on the grounds at the inn.  We welcome guests of all ages to stay at The Sandy Feet Retreat.

What is your pool use policy?

Our saltwater pool is open 24 hours a day. Towels are provided poolside. We ask that you remember there are other guests at the Inn if you are enjoying the pool late in the evening. The pool is available to those staying at the Inn and Sandy Feet Retreat only.

Breakfast

Do you serve breakfast on weekdays?

Monday – Friday we provide complimentary yogurt and granola bars in your suite. Also, we deliver homemade muffins in the evening so early risers can have a treat.

We also have gluten-free cookies and muffins.

What breakfast is served on weekends?

Saturday and Sunday mornings a complete breakfast of savory or sweet items is delivered to your room between 9:00-9:30.

If you have dietary restrictions – please let us know so we can accommodate if possible.
