Choose from The Residence, 10 king suites, a complete ADA double suite, or a large queen suite with a private balcony. We serve a complimentary hot breakfast Saturdays and Sundays next door at The Oyster Bar from 9-10am and provide fresh-baked muffins Monday through Friday. Enjoy off-street parking, saltwater pool, courtyard, beach access, free high-speed Wi-Fi. The Bay Town Inn welcomes guests 15 and older (no infants). We have limited dog-friendly rooms and more. It’s the Southern and incredibly charming version of the Presidential Suite!
This lovely two-bedroom two-bath home features a huge living room with a full kitchen and two large, covered screen porches with rocking chairs and a swing. Two separate bedrooms (a King and a Queen) offer comfort and privacy and there is a sofa bed in the living room. The front porch overlooks Bay St. Louis and at 190 years and counting, one of the oldest, largest and prettiest oak trees on the coast! The back porch overlooks the pool area!
Enjoy complimentary high speed fiber Wi-Fi and a hot breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9a-10a next door at the Oyster Bar at 200 North Beach Blvd Restaurant! We provide fresh baked muffins on weekdays.
A reminder that our policy for guests and visitors is 15 and older and pets are not allowed.
King Suites
Each of the ten guest suites are over five hundred square feet and have their own unique Coastal decor. Each suite features a private and newly renovated full bath, king-size bed, and daily refresh service. The separate living room of each suite has cozy furniture, including a sofa bed and an adjoining kitchen area with a large breakfast bar.

The Lighthouse
The Lighthouse Room is one of our largest rooms at about 750 square feet. It’s on the second floor and has a private deck overlooking the pool and courtyard – a perfect morning coffee or evening refreshment spot. It has a queen-sized bed, a sitting area with a sofa sleeper, and a large breakfast bar. The kitchen area includes a microwave, coffee maker, and mini-fridge. The full bathroom features a large walk-in shower.

The Cabana
The Cabana is on the first floor, right off the patio and pool area and is fully ADA-compliant. It includes two double beds, television, and a small kitchen area with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. While the room is similar in size to our king-sized guest rooms, the cabana is not a suite. The beds are located in the main space. The full bathroom has a large roll-in shower with a bench and two shower/temperature controls.
